We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very good too make our daughter feel special - with a play table in the lobby and sweet surprises for her. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the university hospital.

This hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the UKE Hospital's area. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff is courteous and helpful, providing excellent service.

The children's play table at the reception desk was a hit with my 2-year-old daughter, and the staff were really good by giving her a chocolate Easter bunny and a Dorint teddy bear. Our room may not have been the biggest, but it had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed with a child's blanket with adorable animal characters. The bathroom was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including both American and European style breakfasts. The coffee was fantastic, even better than what we had at a famous restaurant in Hamburg. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Nadine Schubeck, who was prompt and friendly in her interactions with us. Despite a few minor inconveniences with the room, the positive aspects of our stay far outweighed any negatives. I highly recommend Dorint Hotel for a good and enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the University Hospital and well connected to public transport. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice child's blanket provided. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. it was a great experience.
That there were no extra complementary hotel items, like body lotion or shower caps, provided.
